We can provide for consignment and/or buy-out services in these instances or we will gladly provide advice on other possibilities we think may be to your advantage. We Are Here to Help!!!!
There are no upfront costs.
Our charges are deducted from the proceeds of your sale as agreed in advance of the sale date.
We are open to discuss special financial arrangements to meet your needs and/or requirements.

We have over all 4,200 buyers potential attending our estate sales, plus years of experience, as well as extensive research and sales capabilities. In addition we consult experts for special items if and when necessary.
- Our crew will organize the premises and products for the sale.
- We conduct a regular clean up of the premises and products prior to the sale and at the conclusion of the sale.

- We price and tag all items prior to sale.
- We customize and handle all aspects of the advertisement of your sale including flyers, newspaper advertisements, and internet postings.
- Direct mail and emails are sent to select groups of repeat buyers.
- Our sales are adequately staffed to prepare, sell, and protect against theft.
- We distribute flyers and put up signs in heavily trafficked areas around your sale (if needed).
- We conduct presales when advantageous.
- We provide all the accessories for the sale including locked cases for jewelry, displays, tables, and stands.
- We follow up every sale with an itemized accounting of all transactions and immediate payment of all sales proceeds.
- Seller’s attendance at a sale is at the seller’s option.
